PARKING: Per Douglas County Requirements, renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner / person in responsible charge of the vehicle. A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed to park on the premises. Parking is not permitted on the street.
DURING WINTER: 4 wheel drive with snow tires or chains recommended due to steep inclined roads. Snow chains required for many roads in Lake Tahoe Basin during snow storms. Snow tires on 4 wheel drive vehicles will be allowed to pass in snow chain requirement zones. ****PLEASE BRING SNOW CHAINS FOR ALL TIRES ON VEHICLES THAT DO NOT HAVE 4WD WITH SNOW TIRES***
PETS: *Pets require authorization via pet fee and pet addendum. Bringing pets that to the home that have not been requested prior to check in is strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking and eviction and/or additional fees. Please note that we only allow approved dogs. Cats or any other species are not permitted. Maximum of 2 pets are permitted.
EVENTS: **Parties/events of any form strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking with eviction and/or additional fees. This includes Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, weddings and any other events in which people who are not overnight guests of the house attend.
MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: Per Douglas County, the minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five (25) years. Owners are required to obtain a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Per Douglas County, Quiet hours are designated between 9pm and 8am and will be strictly enforced.
**No refunds will be given for wildfire smoke, storms or other weather related conflicts. Guests should purchase Travel Insurance for protection against unexpected events such as bad weather or wildfires. Guests are responsible for checking weather and planning the proper route and travel time needed to arrive to property.
**Douglas County Required Notices**:

- Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Beautiful home with an amazing view! Perfect home for a relaxing family vacation. Located by state line with casinos, shopping and restaurants just down the road. Shanan was a great host with responding quickly to question we had and suggesting a photographer who was fantastic for our family photos. We would definitely stay again!

This property is accurate to its listing. The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen and the home is perfect for a gathering of people wanting to enjoy each other’s company. I highly recommend this house if you are wanting experience Tahoe with once in a life time views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding forest.

It was well equipped for a baby and all the bedrooms accommodated all of us very well. The views were stunning from the deck and the neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend.
